This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how products purchased through notionplate.store are delivered.

NotionPlate primarily sells digital products, including templates, planners, dashboards, files, and other downloadable or electronically delivered resources.

Because our products are digital, we do not ship physical products and no physical shipping address is normally required for your order.

Digital products do not require traditional shipping, and Shopify allows digital products to be configured without shipping charges or shipping requirements.

2. Digital Delivery

After your payment has been successfully processed, your purchased digital product may be delivered through:

• Your customer account, where applicable.

Delivery is electronic and does not involve postal or courier services.

Those products may be subject to different shipping terms.

If you are unable to access a purchased digital product because of a technical problem, please contact us before requesting a refund.

We will first attempt to resolve the delivery or access issue.

If the problem cannot reasonably be resolved and you are otherwise eligible for a refund, your request will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.
